the staff arranged an early check-in for me i appreciated that detail. the hotel maintains a distinct identity i admire that about the place.

The breakfast selection was very good. It included diverse options. The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions.
The wooden floor made a lot of noise. I could hear sounds from the neighboring room clearly. The furniture looked quite old. The carpet needed replacement.

lovely breakfast great variety quaint room awful mattresses bad room elevator noise
The breakfast was lovely and it was well stocked. the variety was very good. the room was quaint. It kept with the age and style of the hotel. the location of the hotel was perfect because it was between the rail station and the main square.
i do not know if we got a bad room or if all rooms are like this, but the mattresses were awful. i literally could not sleep since i thought i was tilting on the left. also, our room was situated next to the elevator.

old furniture small bathroom
The location of the hotel was pretty good for seeing the sights. It was a convenient base for exploring, i must say.
My room felt quite dated, the furniture looked old. The bathroom was small (i could barely turn around). The bed wasn't great. It reminded me of I was sleeping on a slab.

friendly staff clean room cosy room missing air conditioning ancient furniture noisy floor
i stayed for a few nights and found the staff very friendly. they were also quite helpful. the rooms were clean and cosy and i found the breakfast to have much choice.
i felt the room needed air conditioning. it was uncomfortably warm. the furniture felt ancient. i heard a lot of noise from the wood floors.
